Stokes Case Management has applied for registration with both the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) in alignment of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 (‘the Act’), after consultation with BABICM & CMSUK.

We are awaiting our registration details which will be published on confirmation from the regulating bodies. 

BABICM & CMSUK met with the CIW and asked for a response to clarify the position of registration for case management organisations. You can read the CIW’s response here, on the BABICM website.
