After a year of significant growth across the UK, with an expanded operations and case management team, and the challenges faced by remote working and the Coronavirus pandemic, we were delighted to be shortlisted by the peer-regarded judging panel as a finalist in this hotly contested category.
This year’s CMSUK awards focus on how the pandemic has changed case management practice. It has used the awards to offer a reflective opportunity; recognising the efforts of Case Managers during the global health pandemic.
Rhiannon Stokes, Managing Director, said:
“This is truly a team award for Stokes; recognising our ability to apply our creativity, professionalism and collaboration skills during the most challenging of times, to ensure all of our clients continued to progress and thrive with personalised case management processes – in spite of remote working and a reliance on technology as well as Covid restrictions and uncertainty.
“Being shortlisted for this prestigious annual award is the perfect way for us to celebrate our team’s achievements with clients as well as the strong culture of support within Stokes; ensuring no-one was left behind with technology, support and advice for clients and support workers, health and safety and wellbeing.”
CMSUK said:
“The 2020 – 2021 year has been like no other, affecting every part of our own lives, as well as those of our clients. In recognition of the enormous efforts case managers and their organisations have made throughout the pandemic to progress their clients’ goals, CMSUK are honoured to present the ‘Acknowledgement of Achievement Awards 2021’. ”
The judges looked for ‘evidence of creativity and tenacity required to progress clients’ goals during the pandemic, as well as reflective practice.
This year, submissions have originated from case managers and their companies, giving them an opportunity to review their work and achievements, and reflect on how the pandemic has changed their practice’.
Rhiannon added:
“I’ve always been so proud of how our team members take every challenge in their stride and innately support and guide each other. During the pandemic this has been ramped up to give our case managers and case management assistants the space to create and share new ideas, processes and initiatives with each other to build safe, confident and supportive spaces for our clients, our immediate professional network, and with our peers.”
“We can’t wait to tune into the awards in September and get inspired by the successes of case managers across the UK – and (Covid restrictions dependent) have the opportunity to come together and celebrate.”
This year’s CMSUK Award winners will be announced on Friday 24 September 2021 via a virtual ceremony hosted from 1pm – 3:15pm
