At the end of September 2021, we were named Case Management Company of the Year in the CMSUK Awards 2021 for our resilience and tenacity during the pandemic and the last 12 months. Our growth – including our continued expansion and new office in the South East of England, training and investment in our operations team and case managers, and our ability to deliver our personalised, highly responsive and ‘can-do’ service during such a challenging year – was recognised by the judges.
The Case Management Society UK award win means a great deal to us here at Stokes as we were shortlisted against some of the biggest names in case management – and judged by our peers and those who understand our industry, our work and our professionalism.
To lift us even higher into the end of 2021, we have just been informed that Stokes Case Management is a Finalist in the Personal Injury Awards 2021 – in the ‘Supporting the Profession’ category.
The Personal Injury Awards provides a unique opportunity to highlight and celebrate the excellence of individuals and organisations across the personal injury sector. The awards encompass all professionals and key service providers working in this field. The aim of the awards is to identify high standards of practice and to inspire others to emulate the achievements demonstrated by those who have been shortlisted.
Our shortlisting in these awards falls in another popular category – and we appreciate how tough it is to make it as a finalist. We’re looking forward to joining those shortlisted, the judges and the event organiser, Claims Mag, for the awards ceremony on the 23 November 2021. More information on the ceremony, in Leeds, can be found here.
“This year has been incredibly special. We started the year off on the back of winning a Wales Legal Award at the end of 2020, we moved into hybrid working, expanded our team with a new acquisition and grew our client base across the UK. These were exciting challenges and – as ever – the Stokes team took it in its stride.
“It’s our job to problem-solve, be creative, proactive and passionate – whatever life throws at our clients and the professionals we work with. I’m forever pinching myself that we’ve attracted such a diverse, brilliant and friendly group of professionals to Stokes. Our family-feel and culture is something I wanted to protect and enhance as we grew and I’m so proud to say I think we’ve achieved that.
“To have the recognition and praise from the industry – especially the case management industry – means so very much to us all.”
CMSUK said: ‘The 2020 – 2021 year has been like no other, affecting every part of our own lives, as well as those of our clients. In recognition of the enormous efforts case managers and their organisations have made throughout the pandemic to progress their clients’ goals, CMSUK are honoured to present the ‘Acknowledgement of Achievement Awards 2021’.
This year, submissions originated from case managers and their companies, giving them an opportunity to review their work and achievements, and reflect on how the pandemic has changed their practice. Our finalists have been invited to present their short reflections at the live event to showcase best practice in case management during the global health pandemic and beyond’.
