Natasha is the head of Operations and HR at Stokes Case Management. She provides support and guidance to Case Managers, Team Leaders, and clients or families who manage their own support staff. This covers a wide range of areas from recruitment, training and development to attendance and performance management.
Tailoring our approach to client, family, and team specifications, Stokes Case Management works as a team ensure staff are highly skilled, motivated, and thriving in their roles. Promoting health and wellbeing is a key factor of our low level of staff turnover.
Natasha is passionate about training and development and the role this plays in career success. She works alongside SCM Case Managers /Case Manager Assistants and Support Teams, overseeing appraisals and coordinating Professional Development Plans ensuring all staff are achieving the best for our clients and meeting their own development goals.
We appreciate that HR, managing staff and the complexities that brings can seem intimidating; Natasha is on hand to guide and mentor through each step of the process and when necessary can chair or oversee meetings for performance, attendance, discipline and grievance. We ensure that you do not need to face these alone.
Natasha has worked across variety of sectors during her career including local government, education, charities, finance, media and marketing. She has always been drawn towards leading those who support others to make a meaningful difference to their lives.
